Must the marriage contract be renewed if the proxy failed to mention the husband's name in front of the witnesses?

So long as the matter is merely a doubt and a possibility, and there is no proof that the principal was not mentioned in the contract, then the contract is valid, Allah willing. Do not pay attention to doubt, for the default is that contracts are concluded validly. Thus, doubt has no bearing after their completion.
