The answer

It is not permissible to emigrate from Muslim countries to non-Muslim countries, except for those who cannot perform the rituals of their religion, or who fear falling into temptation. It is better to reside among Muslims. Muslim countries are better off than others in matters of religion and morals, so a Muslim should not disdain the lands of Islam. There is no objection to a person traveling if they do not fear that their parents will be neglected by their permissible and safe travel. The advice is to return to your country, especially if the intention of being close to your parents to honor them combines with your country being one of the Muslim lands that enables you to draw closer to Allah.
