Is it permissible not to wash one's hair when performing ghusl (ritual bath) after major ritual impurity (janabah) due to severe hair loss and damage from water, taking into account that a presentable appearance is a job requirement?

In ghusl al-janabah (ritual bath due to sexual defilement), the hair must be washed and the entire body must be covered with water. The ghusl is not valid otherwise. The jurists have agreed on the obligation for both males and females to cover the hair of the head, both its exterior and interior, with water. If hair loss occurs due to rubbing, then rubbing is not obligatory in ghusl or wudu' according to the majority of scholars.
