Is the money the divorced wife takes rightfully hers, and does the divorced husband have a grievance with her that she should address, and did he wrong her by divorcing her and defaming her without informing her of the reason for his claim that her virginity was lost?

A woman is not obligated to inform a suitor that she is not a virgin unless he explicitly stipulates it. If a man chooses to divorce his wife whom he found to be a non-virgin after consummation, he should not inform her of the reason for the divorce. He should conceal her situation and not disclose what transpired between them. A divorced woman, after consummation, has all the rights of a divorced woman who has been consummated with. There is no basis in Islamic jurisprudence for taking compensation merely for divorce.
