How is an agricultural land with an area of 36 hectares divided among 6 sons, 6 daughters, and one wife, without selling it?

If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, then the wife inherits one-eighth (due to the presence of a lineal descendant). Allah (SWT) says: ( ...But if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave... ) [An-Nisa: 12]. The remainder goes to the six sons and daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on His (SWT) saying: ( Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females... ) [An-Nisa: 11]. The granddaughters and grandsons receive nothing because they are excluded by the presence of a direct son, an exclusion of deprivation.

The estate is to be divided into 144 shares: the wife receives 18 shares, each son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. If the agricultural land area is 36 hectares: the wife gets 4.5 hectares, each son gets 3.5 hectares, and each daughter gets 1.75 hectares.
