What is the ruling of Islamic law on falling in love and becoming attached to a righteous girl, given the inability to marry?

Relationships between young men and women, under the pretext of love and marriage, are a gateway to temptation and an evil pretext, even if the parents are aware.

Whoever finds love for a woman in his heart is not permitted to exchange words or messages with her. The legitimate way is to propose to her family for marriage. If this is not possible, then both of them must abandon this attachment.

If you are unable to marry this woman, do not preoccupy your heart with her. Instead, strive to earn the means for marriage, seek help from Allah, and supplicate frequently.
