Is it permissible not to recall and feel faith in divine decree (Al-Qadaa) and destiny (Al-Qadar) when embarking on any project, especially since recalling it inherits a weakness in interaction and anticipating the future, knowing that correct faith in Al-Qadar does not inherit that, but the questioner cannot combine anticipating the future and enthusiasm in implementing any project with recalling that Allah had written the destinies of creatures fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth?

Belief in divine decree does not lead to laziness; rather, it necessitates taking physical means while maintaining a heart attached to Allah, for both means and their outcomes are part of Allah's decree. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, combined the taking of means with reliance on Allah when he said: "Be keen on what benefits you, and seek help from Allah, and do not be helpless." Thus, a servant must do what Allah has commanded him to do in terms of means, and rely on Him, believing that the entire matter is by the will of Allah, and that means do not benefit by themselves except by His decree.
