If the father disposed of the land by building on it without a valid permission from the female heirs, then he is a usurper, and it is not permissible to live in a usurped house. Refusing to live in this house due to the suspicion of usurpation is not an act of disobedience. However, if the sisters willingly agree to sell their share, then the father's ownership is valid, and his delay in paying the price does not affect it, and in that case, it is permissible to live in the house.
