What is the ruling on a man who does not pray Jumu'ah in the mosque due to circumstances of having undergone knee surgery 10 years ago, and is unable to prostrate or bow on his knees?

Friday prayer is obligatory for men who are able to attend it. Inability to bow (rukūʿ) and prostrate (sujūd) does not exempt one from its obligation; rather, gesturing for them suffices. Whoever is able to go to the mosque must perform the Friday prayer with the congregation, repent to Allah, and must make it up as a Dhuhr prayer if they did not pray it at its prescribed time.
