Is it obligatory for a young man with a physical disability, who moves alone using two crutches, to attend congregational prayers and Friday prayers?

Among the excuses that permit missing Jumu'ah prayer is severe illness that makes going to the mosque difficult. If going does not cause you undue hardship, then it is not permissible for you to miss it. Otherwise, you are excused.
