Male children: For those who have not reached puberty, their maintenance and accommodation are obligatory upon their father. As for an adult capable of earning, his maintenance and accommodation are no longer obligatory. Females: Their maintenance and accommodation remain obligatory until they marry. The wife's travel with the children does not waive the right to maintenance and accommodation for those who have established this right upon the father. A wife divorced with an irrevocable divorce has no right to maintenance or accommodation, unless she is pregnant.
