What is the ruling on saying "The Qur'an says" and "The Gospel says" by way of quotation, and what do we say when quoting from the distorted Torah and Gospel compared to saying "Allah Almighty says" when quoting from the Qur'an?

As for the Qur’an, one says, “Allah the Almighty said,” because it is the preserved word of Allah. As for the Torah and the Gospel, one does not say the same about them due to the alteration that occurred in them. Instead, one says, “It came in the Torah and the Gospel that are in the hands of the Jews and Christians such and such.”
