1- Will the child who died in his mother's womb at two and a half months be an intercessor for his parents on the Day of Resurrection? 2- Is it Islamically sound that not fulfilling a pregnant woman's craving can lead to the appearance of marks on the newborn's body?

The soul is breathed into the fetus after four months of pregnancy. Therefore, a pregnancy that is two and a half months old has not yet had the soul breathed into it, and it is not considered a human being. Rather, it is a piece of flesh to which the rulings concerning young children do not apply; it is not washed nor prayed over. Nevertheless, a woman who loses her fetus before the soul is breathed into it will be rewarded for her misfortune if she perseveres and seeks recompense from Allah. As for a pregnant woman craving something extra, it is recommended for the husband to fulfill her craving if possible. There is no evidence or basis in Islamic law or medicine for the belief that pregnancy cravings affect the fetus's skin.
