What is the secret behind the precedence and deferment in His (Allah's) saying, "And a man came from the farthest end of the city, rushing" and "And from the farthest end of the city came a man, rushing"?

Ibn Hubayra is of the view that the reason for presenting the description of the man in Surat Ya-Sin before mentioning him is that stating descriptions before the one being described is more eloquent in praise. This is because the man combined enjoining good and forbidding evil, showing faith, aiding the messengers, and enduring murder. This is unlike the man in Surat Al-Qasas, who advised Moses for his safety.
