Is a person considered sinful if he performs all prayers and Friday prayers at home due to shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, and inability to sleep at night?

If illness prevents a Muslim from attending Friday prayers and congregational prayers, there is no sin upon him for missing them. However, if the illness does not make attendance difficult, and there is no fear of its worsening, then the one who misses them is sinful. The matter of Friday prayer is more emphasized than congregational prayer due to its infrequent occurrence.

The sick person is excused from missing Friday prayers and congregational prayers, as is one who fears the onset of illness, its worsening, or a delay in recovery. But if the sick person is not harmed by coming to the mosque by riding or being carried, or if someone volunteers to transport him, then Friday prayer becomes obligatory for him, though not congregational prayer.

Performing congregational prayer at home is sufficient and fulfills the obligation according to the preponderant opinion.
