Is it permissible for me to pray at home, except for Fajr prayer, due to a lung infection from coronavirus, and the difficulty of reaching the mosque, and my being affected by the fumes of speeding cars and motorcycles?

If a sick person is harmed by going to the mosque or fears an increase in their illness, they are excused from attending congregational prayers and Friday prayers. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "There is no blame upon the blind, nor is there any blame upon the lame, nor is there any blame upon the ill." It is also because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stayed away from the mosque when he was ill. As for Friday prayers, if the sick person is not harmed by attending, whether riding or being carried, then it is obligatory upon them.
