Is the work, wages, and time of a female doctor accepted if she does not wear an abaya, or do they become invalid because she does not wear it?

If the female doctor is sincere in her work, seeks her reward from Allah, and perfects her work, then she will be rewarded by Allah; as Allah Almighty says: "And We do not allow to be lost the reward of those who do good," and His saying: "So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it." And according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah loves that when one of you does a work, he perfects it." Her not wearing an abaya or her displaying her adornments does not affect the acceptance of her work, but she will be sinful if she does not adhere to the Islamic dress code.
