What is the ruling of Sharia concerning a man who partnered with another in a business venture and paid him half the amount, then two years after the shop opened, offered him to buy the shop, or sell his share, or take a fixed amount each month without interfering in the work, even if the shop's profits increased? And will Allah bless this work?

A company is a permissible contract that either partner may revoke at any time. The offer of one partner to buy the share of the other is a request for dissolution. The questioner may sell his share to his partner or buy his partner's share from him. It is not permissible to pay the questioner a known monthly sum in exchange for his share in the company.
