What are the conditions for a woman to sell her gold to her husband if the gold is from her family's wealth?

If the gold does not belong to the questioner, it is not permissible to dispose of it except with the permission of its owners, for Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves wrongfully."

However, if the gold is her own property, she may dispose of it in a permissible manner, such as selling it or gifting it to her husband, provided that possession is taken in the same session of the contract when selling gold for money, due to the hadith: "Gold for gold, and silver for silver... but if these categories differ, then sell as you wish, provided it is hand to hand."
