What is the Sharia ruling on manufacturing a computer in the shape of the Holy Kaaba and equipping it with Islamic software?

Glorifying the Kaaba is specific to the structure located in Mecca. There is no harm in making, owning, or using similar sculptures and مصنوعات (manufactured items), such as the computer device mentioned, or paintings that contain images and models of the Kaaba, the Sacred Mosque, and Quranic verses.

However, if the manufactured item is used only for impure or forbidden things, or if its intent is to insult, such as making a shoe in the shape of the Kaaba, then this is prohibited.
