What is the ruling on performing ghusl for ritual impurity and wudu for prayer when there is beeswax inside the cracks of the heels, and are ghusl and wudu valid in this situation?

For ablution (Wudu') and ritual purification (Ghusl) to be valid, water must reach the skin, including any cracks present in the feet. Some scholars, such as Imam al-Nawawi, held that anything preventing water from reaching the skin must be removed, such as wax, grease, or henna if its substance remains. However, some scholars, like al-Ruhaibani and Ibn Taymiyyah, excused minor impediments, such as dirt under the fingernails, traces of dough, and cracks in the feet, due to the difficulty of removing them and considering them commonly occurring matters. The more cautious approach is to adopt the first opinion.
