Is it permissible to hack websites that insult the Messenger and the religion, as well as Israeli, American, and French websites, in response to their hacking of Arab websites? And is it permissible to steal French and American credit card details and use them to charge phone credit and sell it, then spend the money on family and donate to mosques and the poor?

It is not permissible to hack the websites of disbelievers merely because they are disbelievers, unless those websites are fighting Islam or slandering its sanctities. In such cases, it is permissible, rather obligatory [to hack them]. It is also not permissible to steal the money of disbelievers merely because of their disbelief. Whoever does so must repent and return the money to its owners, or spend it on general Muslim welfare if returning it is impossible.
