What is the ruling on a person suffering from continuous urethral discharge (sils al-madhi) only washing the penis, given the difficulty in purifying his clothes? And what is the recommended method for purifying madhi if it gets on the body?

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) commanded the washing of the male organ and testicles from the effect of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) because it is impure, by scholarly consensus. As for one afflicted with madhiy incontinence, he must place something to prevent the spread of madhiy during ablution, such as wrapping a cloth around the male organ. He must also change the wet cloth between prayers and should not pray in impure clothes that have been touched by madhiy before purification.
