The answer

The summary of the : (pre-seminal fluid) necessitates washing the male organ and the affected area of the body, and sprinkling water on the clothes that it soiled. Wudu (ablution) is not valid until its discharge stops, unless its discharge is continuous and one fears missing the prayer time, in which case he should take precautions (by wearing a barrier) and pray according to his condition.
