Is it possible to obtain an accounting schedule for business review and self-accounting?

"Self-accountability and self-reflection are religiously mandated, as Allah Almighty says: 'O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow.' Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, encouraged self-accountability before the [Day of] Reckoning. A Muslim should constantly hold himself accountable, repenting from sins, forgiving those who wronged him, intending sincere repentance, and resolving to abstain from disobedience. An example of this is the man whom the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave glad tidings of Paradise three consecutive times. When asked about his deeds, he said that he found no deceit or envy in himself towards anyone. Therefore, time should be allocated for self-accountability."
