How can a man achieve justice between his two wives, one residing with him and the other residing in another country whom he visits for only two months each year, taking into account the differences in communication, expenses, and emotional feelings? And is what he is doing considered unjust?

If the second wife agrees that her husband stays with the first wife and only visits her in the summer, there is no harm in that. Sawdah had conceded her night to 'Aishah. There is no harm in the heart's inclination, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O Allah, this is my division in what I possess, so do not blame me for what You possess and I do not possess." Scholars have agreed on the obligation of justice in nocturnal stays, but differed on other matters. A difference in price regarding expenses is not considered an injustice as long as the expenses and their necessities are provided.
