What is the ruling on taxi drivers giving rides to immodestly dressed women?

There is no blame on a taxi driver for transporting unveiled women. This is his profession, and he must transport all passengers in his car, provided that no private seclusion (khalwa) occurs, that he lowers his gaze, and that he does not transport them to a place where forbidden acts are committed.
