Am I sinning if I continue my marriage with my husband who used to practice sodomy before our marriage and has repented from it?

Sodomy is one of the most heinous abominations. Marriage has a great effect in preserving a person's chastity and protecting them. Whoever intends to commit an evil deed but abandons it will not be held accountable for it; rather, a complete good deed will be written for them. If a servant abandons it out of fear of Allah, a multiplied good deed will be written for them. The wife must advise her husband if she learns of his evil deed, and cooperate with him in repentance and chastity. If he does not repent, she is not forbidden from continuing life with him, but it is preferable for her to separate from him.
