Is what happened considered accidental killing, necessitating two consecutive months of fasting?

If all safety precautions were taken, and the driver was experienced and adhered to traffic laws, yet could not avoid the accident, then there is no sin upon him, no blood money (diyyah), and no expiation (kaffarah). However, if any of the aforementioned conditions were not met, then he must expiate by fasting for two consecutive months, and he, along with his ‘Aqilah (male relatives on the father’s side), must pay the blood money, from which he does not inherit.
