Is it permissible to present testimonies from people whom the husband informed that he was compelled and forced to utter the divorce, in order to get back his wife whom he desires, and they have seven children?

If someone is wrongfully coerced into divorce, they are permitted to have two or more witnesses testify that they were coerced, and they should inform the witnesses of this so that the attestation may benefit them. It is not required for the witnesses to know the reason for the coercion. If a man has some people bear witness to his coercion before the divorce, he may refer the matter to the court for the witnesses to give their testimony. If this is proven, the court will rule his divorce invalid.
