Is it permissible for a woman whose husband is infertile and who wishes to sponsor an infant to use medications and medical devices to stimulate lactation, so that the child becomes her son and her husband’s son through fosterage, and thus forbidden to them, and is it permissible for her to be alone with him and remove her hijab in front of him after he reaches puberty?

"The disagreement among scholars regarding milk that issues from a woman's breast without pregnancy—whether it establishes hurmah (prohibition of marriage) or not—has been mentioned previously. The apparent view is that the child does not become a son to the woman's husband if the milk was only stimulated by medication, because the milk is not a product of his relationship with his wife. Rather, he would be considered her rabīb (stepchild) if we hold the view that hurmah is established. It is more cautious to avoid this type of suckling. Alternatively, the child can be suckled by this woman's sister, making her his maternal aunt through suckling, or by her brother's wife, making her his paternal aunt to him."
