As for the idea of an artificial uterus for fetal growth, it is a subject of disagreement among contemporary jurists. The preponderant opinion is that it is forbidden, as it contradicts natural human disposition and there is a possibility of harm to the fetus, and because the feasibility of its safe application to humans has not been proven. It must also be emphasized that human surrogacy is forbidden.
