Is it permissible to pressure her uncle by refusing to renew the power of attorney for his apartment, with the aim of compelling him to help the questioner and her sister reclaim their rights from their father, and is she entitled to demand compensation for losing her opportunity to obtain an apartment because she gave her name to her uncle, and what is the way to reclaim their rights and confront the injustice of the father and his wife?

Your relinquishment of your right to the apartment to your uncle is permissible as long as the responsible authority allows it. You must enable him to benefit from it and issue the necessary power of attorney for him. It is not permissible to procrastinate in order to pressure your father into giving you or your sister something from his money. It is also not permissible for the father to favor you two with something from his money over the other son. You both must be certain that provision is guaranteed by Allah, and there is no need to fear the future, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision﴾, and His saying: ﴿And if He intends for you good, then there is no repeller of His bounty﴾. And in the Hadith: "His provision, his lifespan, his deeds, and whether he is wretched or blissful, are written down."
