A person is not considered afflicted with incontinence unless the urine continues to flow throughout the entire prayer time, such that they cannot find a moment when it stops to perform the prayer with valid purity. The presence of urine or feces on clothing does not signify a state of incontinence; rather, one must wait for the discharge to stop, then perform ablution and prayer, and purify the clothing from the impurity. A person afflicted with incontinence may attend Friday prayer if they are confident they will not soil the mosque. If the prayer time begins while they are in the mosque, they should exit, perform ablution, and then return; there is no harm in delaying the prayer after ablution for the benefit of the prayer. If they fear soiling the mosque or find it difficult to exit, they may remain at home until the prayer time begins, then perform ablution and go to the mosque.
