It is necessary to refer to no. 44157 and its references to understand when blood money (diyya) and expiation (kaffara) are obligatory, their amounts, important details, and the resolution of the Fiqh Academy. The owner of the camel is an aggressor by letting it loose and not securing it. Therefore, if the car owner was not an aggressor or negligent, the blood money is on the camel owner, and the camel owner has no claim against the car owner. (See Fatwa no. 44529).
