What is the path that should be chosen in prison, and which can be pointed out to the brothers in society, taking into account the harsh conditions in which prayer is prevented and some fatwas permit not praying or uttering a word of disbelief under duress?

Prayer is not waived for a sane person; it should be performed in the most feasible manner when there is hardship, even if only by heart or without ritual purity with water or earth. As for uttering a word of disbelief under duress, there is no sin in it if the heart remains firm in faith, following the example of what happened to Ammar ibn Yasir, may Allah be pleased with him. It is advisable to be patient in the face of tribulation, as it atones for sins and elevates ranks, and to remain steadfast in faith, emulating the righteous predecessors.
