Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to enter into ihram from Abyar Ali, knowing that her menstruation will end in Mecca, and from where should she then enter into ihram?

A menstruating woman passing through theqat with the intention of Hajj or Umrah (definition) must enter into ihram (definition) from the miqat (definition). It is not permissible for her to delay her ihram until she becomes pure. The Sunnah (definition) and the consensus of scholars indicate that menstruation does not prevent one from entering into ihram. A menstruating woman can enter into ihram and perform all the rituals of Hajj and Umrah except for circumambulation (tawaf (definition)) and its two rak'ahs until she becomes pure and performs ghusl (definition).
