Is shaking hands with worshippers after finishing the prayer in the mosque and saying "Taqabbal Allah" (May Allah accept it) an innovation?

Shaking hands between Muslim brothers is legislated and desirable, and one is rewarded for it due to the hadiths that mention its فضl (virtue). However, restricting handshakes to immediately after prayers is an impermissible innovation (bid'ah), as stated by Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. Similar in ruling is saying "Taqabbal Allah" (May Allah accept [your prayer]) or "Haraman" (May it be a sanctity) and such after finishing the prayer, as this has not been brought forth by the Sharia.
