Should the apartment be registered at the company's price, equally divided between the questioner and his wife, or at market price, with the questioner's share being larger since he is an employee of the company?

It is permissible for the apartment to be equally shared between the spouses, or for the working wife's share in the company to be larger by the agreed-upon price difference. This is because it is permissible for the rightful owner to waive all or part of their right willingly, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent." [An-Nisa 4:29], and the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "The property of a Muslim is not lawful except with his willing consent."
