His wife receives one-eighth as a prescribed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The son of the son and the full brother do not inherit, as they are excluded by the direct son of the deceased. The full brother is also excluded by the father. The estate is divided into 336 shares.
