There is no sin upon one who adopts the view of Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah regarding conditional divorce or other disputed matters. It is permissible for one afflicted with obsessive doubts to adopt the easier of the opinions to avert hardship and be rid of the obsessive whispers.
