How is the inheritance divided among: a mother, a daughter, two sons, nine full sisters, a paternal half-sister, and four full brothers?

If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth as her prescribed share, due to the presence of a lineal descendant and a plurality of siblings. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And for his parents, each of them will have one-sixth of what he left if he had a child," and "if he had brothers [and sisters], then for his mother is one-sixth." The remainder goes to his two sons and daughter by way of ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male is the equivalent of the share of two females." The brothers and sisters receive nothing at all, because they do not inherit when a son of the deceased is present.

The inheritance is to be divided into six shares: one share for the mother, two shares for each son, and one share for the daughter.
