How is inheritance divided among the father, mother, wife, son, daughter, full brother, two full sisters, paternal brother, paternal sister, three maternal brothers, three maternal sisters, two sons of the full brother, ten sons of the paternal brother, full paternal uncle, ten sons of the full paternal uncle, and ten sons of the paternal uncle?

If the deceased leaves behind only a male descendant, the mother receives one-sixth and the father receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah states: "And for his parents, each of them one sixth of what he left if he had a child." The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah states: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder goes to the son and daughter by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah states: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The other mentioned heirs receive nothing due to being excluded by the son and father. The inheritance is divided into 72 shares: 12 for the mother, 12 for the father, 9 for the wife, 26 for the son, and 13 for the daughter.
