How is the inheritance divided among: six sons, thirteen grandsons, three paternal half-brothers, one paternal half-nephew, two daughters, nine granddaughters, one great-granddaughter, and a wife?

The deceased's wife receives one-eighth as a fixed share due to the presence of lineal descendants, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder is for the sons and two daughters by virtue of 'asabah (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The inheritance is divided into sixteen shares: two shares for the wife, two shares for each son, and one share for each daughter. The deceased's other relatives do not inherit. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for review and investigation.
