How is the inheritance divided among: (two sons), (a father), (a full brother), (a mother), (a wife), and (two half-sisters through the father)?

If the deceased leaves behind only male offspring, the mother receives one-sixth and the father receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as stated in the Almighty's words: "And for his parents, to each one of them is a sixth of what he left if he had a child." The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as stated in the Almighty's words: "But if you have a child, then for them is an eighth of what you left." The remainder is divided equally between the two sons by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the nearest male relative." The brother and two sisters receive nothing as they are completely excluded by the son and the father. The inheritance is divided into 48 shares: the mother receives eight shares, the father eight shares, the wife six shares, and each son thirteen shares. It is important to note that matters of inheritance are serious and must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, or debts, as these take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
