How is the inheritance divided among: a father, a mother, a wife, a daughter, two full brothers, five full sisters, three full paternal nephews, and two full paternal cousins?

If the deceased leaves behind only a father, a mother, a wife, and a daughter, then the mother receives one-sixth, the father receives one-sixth, the wife receives one-eighth, and the daughter receives one-half. The remainder goes to the father by way of ta’sib (residiary heirship). There is nothing for the other mentioned heirs as they are excluded by the father through hijāb hirman (exclusion of deprivation). The inheritance is then divided into twenty-four shares: the mother receives four shares, the father four shares, the wife three shares, and the daughter twelve shares. One share remains for the father by way of ta’sib, making the father's total share five shares. It is obligatory to consult Sharia courts when dividing inheritances.
