The remaining portion is taken by the father by virtue of ta'sib (residuary heirship), and the remaining heirs receive nothing due to being excluded by the father through exclusion of deprivation (hajb hirman). The inheritance is divided into twenty-four shares: the mother receives four shares, the father receives four shares, the wife receives three shares, and the daughter receives twelve shares. The remaining one share is taken by the father by virtue of ta'sib, making his total share five shares. It is advisable to consult the courts regarding matters of inheritance.
