How is the inheritance distributed among: seven sons, eleven grandsons (son of a son), three daughters, one wife, seven full sisters, and one full paternal uncle?

If the deceased leaves behind only a wife, sons, and daughters, then the wife receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the presence of inheriting offspring, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The inheritance is divided into 136 shares: the wife receives 17 shares, each son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. The matter of estates must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation regarding any wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
