How do we narrate things about the Day of Resurrection as if they have already happened?

Allah Almighty mentioned this to confirm its occurrence, as in His saying: "The command of Allah has come, so do not hasten it," and His saying: "And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will faint, except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown a second time, and suddenly they will be standing, looking."
