Sighing is not considered mockery of prayer, nor does it indicate annoyance with it, and there is no harm in it when experiencing shortness of breath, and it does not invalidate the prayer by itself. However, if two letters are emitted from it, the prayer is invalidated according to some jurists, otherwise not. As for using lipstick in the mosque, there is no sin in it; rather, the sin lies in a woman displaying herself with it in a way that men see her.
